Emma Rees,
Practice Manager

With over 12 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and 4 years in Banking working primarily on IT and Business Analysis, Emma joined Solosy Wealth Management as our Practice Manager and brings her specialisms of business process of customer service support to the practise to help enhance our customers experience.

Emma is responsible for managing the office and ensuring all clients receive a positive, friendly and efficient service. She maintains the office systems, processes and client correspondence on a day to day basis.

Emma is organised and strives for efficiency in the office, she enjoys working with clients and the office team. She also enjoys being a key member of the team helping to grow the practise and is working hard to achieve all of her personal financial exams this year.

In her home life Emma enjoys spending time with her young family and friends. She is also very actively involved in her community and holds the position of Secretary in her local school’s Parents & Friends Association.



Jon Williams,
Adviser

Jon is qualified to advise on a wide range of Wealth Management services including Investment Planning, Retirement Planning and Protection needs. He strongly believes that finances are personal and that most clients want to build a long-term relationship with someone who they trust and respect.

Since graduating in 2011 Jon has worked in the financial services industry gaining essential experience in retail banking. In 2017 whilst working full time, he self-funded his Diploma in Financial Advice and achieved a Distinction through the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

Jon has since joined Solosy Wealth Management and now looks to deliver a positive client experience under the guidance of a Chartered Financial Planner.

In his free time, you will find Jon either playing rugby, 5 a side football or playing golf with his close friends. One of his proudest moments came two years ago when he won a charity boxing match, raising £2,000 for a friend’s cancer treatment.



Bhavna Mungur-Bundhoo LLB (Hons), MA Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies,
Paraplanner

Bhavna is the lead paraplanner at Solosy Wealth Management. She is a qualified barrister and has brought her knowledge and skills acquired from her legal career to the financial industry. She strives for perfection in everything that she does and her in depth knowledge of pension and investment planning is invaluable to the Practice.

Bhavna is currently undergoing the St. James Place Paraplanner Academy, which she is thoroughly enjoying with a view to obtain a diploma in regulated financial planning.

Bhavna is married with two children and is an active member of her community. She is a Parent Governor at her local primary school and for many years the Chairperson of the Parents and Friends Association (PFA) at her son’s primary school. She is also an active member of Autism Puzzles, a charity that has been set up to help children who have been diagnosed with Autism.



Keely Francis,
Practice Support

Keely is a Practice support specialist that manages key processing activities and marketing within Solosy Wealth Management. She also provides a wide range of support to the financial planners and Practice Manager.

With over 15 years Office Administrators experience with the PHS Group in Caerphilly, Keely has gained many administration skills over that time. She also brings with her experience from another St. James Place practice as Practice Manager and Administration support.

Keely lives in Cardiff and is married with one daughter who keeps her very busy. Keely is a keen fitness addict and likes to take part in ½ and full marathons when she can.



Siobhan Barras,
Practice Support

Siobhan is a Practice support specialist who helps manage our client servicing within Solosy Wealth Management. She also provides a wide range of support to the financial planners.

Siobhan is a skilled administrator with over 6 years in the utilities sector, from this she brings to Solosy Wealth Management her key skills which include excellent customer service and highly efficient office organisation.

Siobhan lives with her husband and two children, in her spare time she is the secretary of the local school’s Parent & Friends Association and is also the co-ordinator of her sons football team.

Siobhan loves running and has run numerous half and full marathons, including London.
